Privacy Policy

Customers:
Safe-tech is a wholesaler of surveillance equipment
with sales to dealers agreed upon by us in Scandinavia.
Dealers own the right to sell acquired equipment
to which end customer / consumer is so desired.

Prices:
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
For orders under SEK 500, a small order fee of SEK 50 will be added.
Discounts according to staffed list, unless otherwise agreed.

Sales of products where we leavw a 50-70% discount:
The discount only applies to the purchase of all products of the same model.
So if we have 10 of a certain model in stock, you have to buy all 10 to take advantage of the full discount!

Shipping:
Shipping will be added to all deliveries unless otherwise agreed.
We deliver with DHL unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms:
Cash or 30 days net on by us cooperation agreements
resellers after the usual credit check.
Credit assessment is done again once a year.

The payment must be received by Safe-tech by the specified date.
If this date falls on a weekend, the invoice must be paid no later than the next banking day.

Warranty:
Safe-tech provides a 1-year product warranty against materials and manufacturing defects.
The guarantee applies from the invoice date / receipt.
Take care of this document! The warranty does not cover consumables,
nor if the product has been subjected to negligence, incorrectly installed,
nor damage caused by overvoltage / thunder.

Limitation of liability:
In addition to what is stated under guarantees, Safe-tech disclaims everything
liability for both direct and indirect damages that can and have occurred
due to deficiencies and errors in each product.
The limitation of liability applies to any form of wealth, personal
or property damage of any kind,
which can or has arisen / arisen during the handling of the respective product.
Provision-ISR Swedens liability is limited to replacement or repair only
each product in accordance with the applicable warranty terms from the respective manufacturers.

Force majeure:
Safe-tech disclaims all liability and liability for
all possible events regarding delivery delays,
complete or partial non-delivery, damage to third parties due to
such an event that Provision-ISR Sweden could not control.
Such an event includes e.g. strike, lockout, blockade, war, terrorist attack,
exercise of authority against the contracting party, natural disaster.

Restorder:
Non-stock item is delivered as soon as possible, call for estimated delivery time.

Returns:
Products that are normally in stock at Safe-tech are credited free of charge
if they are sent to us (with paid shipping in the postal company package or similar)
in unopened, undamaged original packaging within 30 days from the invoice date.
If we need to pick up the package, a pick-up fee of SEK 50 excl. VAT will be charged.
This usually happens when the package is sent as a postal package by post.
Thereafter, a return fee of 5% of the product value is paid, however, at least SEK 150 excl. VAT.
Returns older than 3 months only after written approval from Safe-tech
and then for a return fee of 10% of the value of the goods, however at least SEK 300 excl. VAT.
Non-stocked, specially ordered / customized products and products such as
expired in the range is credited only after written approval for up to
45 days from invoice date to a return fee of 30%, thereafter no right of return.
No right of return is left on sale goods and goods on so-called sales lists.

Reservation:
Safe-tech reserves the right to make printing errors,
in the product sheets provided by the supplier and its technical information.
The reservation also applies to design changes.
Provision-ISR Sweden reserves the right to change without notice
product specification if we believe it makes the product better.

Disputes:
In the event of a dispute, Safe-tech undertakes to follow the decision that follows from
General Complaints Board or ruling in court.

Delivery times:
Stock items ordered Monday-Thursday before 13.00 are delivered
next day with DHL 16:00 unless otherwise agreed.
Stock items ordered Friday-Sunday are delivered the following Tuesday.
Note! Does not apply to holidays

Emphasis:
Reproduction of this text is permitted only with the written approval of Safe-tech.

Price changes:
Safe-tech reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
In the event of sharp currency fluctuations, currency surcharges may apply.

Ownership:
Safe-tech has ownership and take-back rights of all products until then
that full payment has been made from the customer.
